Return Policy and Shipping

Return Policy: Store credit will be issued on the return of SALE items (NON-FINAL SALE) and a refund will be issued on FULL PRICE items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will offer store credit at the current selling price. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. All returns will incur a $5 return fee. To initiate your return, please click here: Return Request  You will receive an email code upon entering your account email.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order so that you can secure your new item or size connected to a new order number. 

Shipping: Due to a high volume of orders, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship via USPS or UPS. For monogrammed items, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for items to ship. Please allow for additional time during high volume seasons. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please email us prior to placing the order to ensure that will be possible.  Monograms needed in less than 3 weeks will require a Rush Fee.
