Return Policy and Shipping
Return Policy: Store credit will be issued on the return of SALE items (NON-FINAL SALE) and a refund will be issued on FULL PRICE items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will offer store credit at the current selling price. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. All returns will incur a $5 return fee. To initiate your return, please click here: Return Request You will receive an email code upon entering your account email.
Kindly note: All FINAL SALE items (Items with pricing that ends in $0.95) and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order to secure the size and quantity needed.
Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 4 business days then shipped via USPS or UPS. During high volume seasons including holidays and sales, please allow additional time to process your order before shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please email customerservice@lilaandhayes.com prior to placing the order to ensure that will be possible.
For monogrammed items, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for items to ship. Monograms needed in less than 3 weeks will require a Rush Fee per item.
